Dr. Bernd Malmström

Dr. Bernd Malmström tornou-se membro do Conselho Fiscal da Companhia em dezembro de 2005. Ele foi eleito como Presidente do Conselho de Supervisão da IFCO em 26 de setembro de 2006. O Sr. Malmström foi inicialmente nomeado por um período de 4 (quatro) anos e em 27 de março de 2009 foi reeleito por mais 4 (quatro) anos. Em conexão com a introdução da nova estrutura , Sr. Malmström renunciou ao cargo de membro do Conselho Fiscal, em 25 de maio de 2011. O Sr.Malmström foi nomeado como membro não executivo e Presidente do Conselho Administrativo por um período de 4 (quatro) anos, em 26 de maio de 2011. O Sr. Malmström estudou direito nas universidades de Kiel e Freiburg (Alemanha) e tem um PhD em lei.O Sr. Malmström trabalha como advogado. Antes disso, ocupou várias posições gerenciais na Deutsche Bahn AG, AG Stinnes, Schenker-Rhenus-Group AG e VEBA. Ele também é membro do Conselho das seguintes empresas: BLG Logistics Group AG & Co. KG (Advisory Board), Deutsche Afrika-Linien GmbH & Co.
