Michael W. Nimtsch Chief Financial Officer IFCO SYSTEMS N.V.

Dr. Michael W. Nimtsch tornou-se Diretor Financeiro da empresa em Outubro de 2000 e membro efetivo do Conselho administrativo em 1 de abril de 2008, até 25 de maio de 2011. Em conexão com a introdução da estrutura do conselho, Dr. Mimtsch foi indicado como membro executivo e Diretor Financeiro efetivo do Conselho Administrativo em 26 de maio de 2011. Dr. Nimtsch também tornou-se Diretor de Gestão da IFCO SYSTEMS GmbH e IFCO SYSTEMS Management GmbH em setembro de 2000. Ele também é Diretor administrativo e membro do Conselho Fiscal em subsidiárias da Empresa. Antes de ingressar na empresa, Dr. Nimtsch foi Diretor Financeiro da Hagemeyer Deutschland GmbH, uma empresa de infra-estrutura elétrica de materiais, e foi responsável por finanças, compras, subsidiárias no exterior, recursos humanos e de varejo. Antes de Hagemeyer Deutschland GmbH, Dr. Nimtsch foi Conselheiro Fiscal (Steuerberater) e Revisor Oficial de Contas Públicas (Wirtschaftsprüfer) para Deloitte & Touche e PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ele é formado em Economia de Empresas pela Universidade de Munich.
